Notary Loan Signing Agent Seminar -Take Your Notary Business to the Next Level! Continue your education by taking the Notary Loan Signing Agent class.
Now, lets review the facts about "Loan Signing Certification": The State of CA. does not recognize any "Loan Signing Certification"-They are not State approved.
Why Take the Class? To meet lenders, escrow and title companies compliance and hiring expectations, to become familiar with notarization of Loan packages and take full advantage of your Notary skills by maximizing your income!
If you are a new notary, you will be happy that in this class you will have the opportunity to practice how to notarize all type of documents, how to complete the certificates of Acknowledgement and Jurats and the Journal as well. In addition, you will receive hands-on instruction in how to notarize loan docs and other R.E docs. You’ll assemble a practice loan package and learn how to conduct the meeting with the signer. Finally, you will learn about marketing, customer service and get practical information on how to start your new business – complete with a list of potential sources!
The most common question we get is, “Should I take my Notary Loan Signing class before I receive my commission?” The answer is yes, we strongly suggest that you take the loan Signing class as soon as possible after the notary class, for two (2) reasons: First, it is a great way to practice and apply the notary education just learned and second, it will take several weeks for your notary commission process to finalize, therefore you will be taking advantage of this time by completing your education and getting ready to start your new notary loan signing business. It is not only an excellent idea but a good /business decision!
